Character Group Updates Share Structure and Adviser Name

Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.

Character Group PLC has announced the transfer of 8,000 ordinary shares from its treasury following the exercise of employee share options, affecting the total voting rights in the company, which now stand at 18,665,298 ordinary shares. Additionally, the company’s Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker has undergone a name change to Panmure Liberum Limited due to a corporate merger.
