Character Group PLC has announced the transfer of 109,100 ordinary shares from treasury stocks, following the exercise of employee share options. As a result of this transfer, the total number of voting rights in the company is now 18,774,398 ordinary shares. Shareholders can use this number to assess changes in their shareholding interests according to the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
