Character Group PLC has completed a share buyback, purchasing 12,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 328.75 GB pence per share, as part of its ongoing programme. The repurchased shares have been subsequently cancelled, leaving the company with 18,681,023 shares in issue and the same number of total voting rights. This share buyback is part of a strategy designed to return value to shareholders and optimize the company’s capital structure.
