Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.
Character Group PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 15,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 310 GB pence per share, which will be subsequently cancelled. Following the transaction, the company’s total voting rights amount to 18,659,023. This buyback is part of an ongoing programme, as previously announced on 6 February and extended on 3 April 2024.
