The latest update is out from Character ( (GB:CCT) ).

Character Group has decided to keep its U.K. operations at its Lees Brook Mill site in Oldham, leaving its Infinity House complex in Middleton surplus to requirements and available for commercialisation. As part of this strategy, the company has secured a tenant for the warehouse portion of Infinity House, potentially turning an idle asset into a steady income stream and improving utilisation of its property portfolio.

The group’s subsidiary Q-Stat Limited has signed a five‑year full repairing and insuring lease with Comfy Quilts Limited over a 138,084 sq ft warehouse at an annual rent of about £773,000, with a tenant break option after three years and a three‑month rent‑free period. In a parallel move, Character has granted a connected party, Robertsbridge Property Co Limited, an option until 30 June 2026 to acquire the entire Infinity House site for £9.8 million in cash, a step that could crystallise significant value from the non‑core asset, although the board has yet to decide how any sale proceeds would be deployed.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:CCT) stock is a Hold with a £244.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Character stock, see the GB:CCT Stock Forecast page.
