Character Group Enhances Shareholder Value with Buyback

Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.

The Character Group PLC has repurchased 2,800 of its own shares at a price of 273 pence each as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These shares have been cancelled, leaving the company with 18,722,591 shares in circulation. This move is part of Character’s strategy to manage its capital effectively and potentially enhance shareholder value.
