Character Group PLC has repurchased 3,000 of its shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with each share purchased at a price of 279 pence. The shares have been cancelled, leaving the company with 18,740,898 shares in issue, which will be used to calculate shareholder voting rights. This move is part of Character’s strategy to manage its capital structure effectively.
