Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.
Character Group PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 23,000 ordinary shares at 335 GB pence each, which were subsequently cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 18,713,523. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for monitoring changes in their stake in the company. The transaction, part of an ongoing programme, was carried out on the AIMX trading venue.
