Character Group PLC has successfully executed a share buyback as part of its ongoing programme, resulting in the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 321 GB pence each. This transaction has reduced the total number of shares in issue, with the remaining 18,773,523 shares now representing the total voting rights in the company. Shareholders may use this new figure to assess their percentage holdings and disclosure obligations.
