Character Group plc has engaged in a share buyback program, purchasing 27,211 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 299 GB pence per share, leading to those shares being cancelled. Post-buyback, the company’s total shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, now stand at 18,788,523, which determines the total voting rights for shareholders. This buyback is part of an ongoing program that was previously announced and subsequently extended and increased.
