Character Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 18,423 of its own ordinary shares at a unified price of 275.1 GB pence per share, which were subsequently cancelled. Post-transaction, the company’s total issued shares stand at 18,899,133, with these figures being relevant for shareholders to assess changes in company interest. This buyback is part of an ongoing programme initially announced on 6 February 2024 and later expanded on 3 April 2024.
