Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited has announced that their Annual General Meeting (AGM) will proceed as planned on September 20, 2024, where additional resolutions, including the re-election of Mr. Ma Weihua as non-executive director and Mr. Gong Huanghui as executive director, will be considered. The AGM details remain as previously stated with the meeting to be held in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
