Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Ma Weihua as the new non-executive Director and chairperson of the Board, succeeding Ms. Zheng Juhua, who remains as an executive Director. Mr. Ma, a distinguished figure in the financial sector with extensive leadership experience, including roles at China Merchants Bank and various other institutions, will serve until the next annual general meeting where he will be eligible for re-election. The Board has expressed gratitude to Ms. Zheng for her service and affirms there are no disputes regarding her resignation as chairlady.
