Chaoda Modern Agriculture Holdings (HK:0682) has released an update.

Chaoda Modern Agriculture Holdings Limited has announced a capital reorganisation plan that includes consolidating every twenty existing shares into one new share, reducing the share capital and using the credit to offset accumulated losses, followed by a subdivision of consolidated shares into new shares. Additionally, they will change the board lot size for stock trading and propose amendments to their memorandum and articles of association to reflect the new share structure.
