Chanhigh Holdings Limited has appointed Mr. Chan Lap Ip as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Strategy Committee, effective from July 16, 2024. Mr. Chan brings extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and legal expertise, with previous roles in Big-4 accounting firms, banking, finance, and as a partner in a Hong Kong law firm. His appointment is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to align with business needs and development, and his remuneration and terms of service have been established in accordance with market standards.
