Changyou Alliance Group Limited has announced a delay in the despatch of their Circular, initially slated for distribution to shareholders by 17 July 2024. The company cites the need for additional time to prepare and publish the document, which is now expected to be released by or before 23 July 2024. The Circular is set to provide details on various facility agreements and proposed annual caps, as well as recommendations and information in compliance with Listing Rules.
