Changyou Alliance Group Limited has announced the retirement of Mrs. Guo Yan, a non-executive Director, following her decision not to seek re-election at the annual general meeting on June 21, 2024. Mrs. Guo is retiring to focus on her other commitments and has left the board without any disagreement or undisclosed issues. The company has expressed appreciation for Mrs. Guo’s contributions during her tenure.
