CHANGE Holdings, Inc. reports the completion of a share transfer from its subsidiary TRUSTBANK, Inc. to Sotetsu Holdings, creating a new entity focused on Green Transformation (GX) business named Sotetsu Clean Energy Co., Ltd. The move, which sees Sotetsu Holdings owning 100% of the new company, is not expected to materially impact CHANGE Holdings’ consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
