Change Financial Ltd (AU:CCA) has released an update.

Change Financial Ltd has announced a capital raise of up to A$4.25 million comprising a A$3.50 million placement to select investors and a A$0.75 million Share Purchase Plan for current shareholders. The funds will be used to bolster the company’s financial position, support increased Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) volumes, and capitalize on upcoming client opportunities. The company recently launched services with Unity Credit Union and is expanding its presence in the Australian, New Zealand, and US markets.
