Change Financial Limited has opened its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), allowing eligible shareholders to increase their investment in the company at a discounted price. The SPP targets to raise an additional $750,000, enabling shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to purchase new shares until the 19th of September, 2024. The funds raised are intended to strengthen Change Financial’s financial position and support the growing demand for their payment solutions and card issuing services.
