Change Financial Director Buys More Shares

Change Financial Ltd (AU:CCA) has released an update.

Thomas Russell, a director at Change Financial Limited, has increased his stake in the company by acquiring an additional 200,000 ordinary shares at $0.075 each, under the Share Purchase Plan announced on 2 September 2024. This transaction, which took place on 25 September 2024, has raised his direct holdings to 1,884,264 shares. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts.
