Change Financial Limited has requested a trading halt for its securities on the ASX, effective immediately, in anticipation of a forthcoming announcement related to a proposed capital raise. The trading halt will remain until the start of normal trading on 2 September 2024 or upon the release of the announcement, whichever comes first. The company aims to manage its continuous disclosure obligations through this halt and is not aware of any reasons that would prevent the halt from being granted.
