Champion Iron Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, resulting in the approval of the Remuneration Report and the appointment of eight directors, despite a notable dissent against the remuneration report. The meeting, which was held simultaneously in Sydney and Montréal, also saw the addition of an extra auditor and the re-approval of the Omnibus Incentive Plan.
