Champion Electric Metals Inc. has completed the sale of its Baner Gold Project in Idaho to Legacy Gold Mines Ltd., receiving an immediate payment of $75,000, shares, and warrants. The deal promises additional future payments and share warrants, with Legacy taking on operational responsibilities and project management. The agreement will result in Legacy owning 100% of Baner Gold Project, subject to a 1% net smelter return royalty that can be bought out by Legacy for $7.5 million.
