Champion Electric Metals Inc. has finalized a deal to sell its Baner Gold Project in Idaho to Prestwick Capital Corporation Limited, marking a significant step in divesting its non-core assets. The agreement includes a series of cash payments and securities issuances to Champion Electric over a period, with Prestwick gaining the exclusive right to manage the project. The Baner Gold Project, known for its gold exploration potential, has been a part of Champion Electric’s portfolio since 2015 but is being sold as the company shifts focus to battery metals.
