Challenger Limited has reported a change in holdings by Director Nicolas Hamilton, involving an off-market trade of 97,331 ordinary shares. The transactions resulted in Hamilton’s direct holdings in Challenger Limited decreasing to 509,208 shares, while his indirect holdings through NALT Superannuation Pty Ltd increased by the same number. The shares were traded at a value of $6.22 per share.
