Chakana Copper Reports Promising Drill Results

Chakana Copper (TSE:PERU) has released an update.

Chakana Copper Corp. has reported promising initial results from their fully funded 3,000 m scout drilling program at the Soledad project in Peru, revealing significant alteration and mineralization in the first three holes of the Mega-Gold target area. Notable findings include widespread alteration with pyrite, chalcopyrite, and molybdenite, as well as narrow intervals of high-grade mineralization. The company remains optimistic as assays for additional drilling in the Mega-Gold area and La Joya are pending, and hyperspectral core scanning is being applied to help identify key mineral zoning patterns.
