Chakana Copper Corp. has decided to relinquish its option on the Condor Concessions, part of its Soledad project in Peru, citing economic infeasibility due to high property payments exceeding the property’s current value. The company remains positive about its prospective remaining land holdings, even as it moves forward with transferring assets back to Condor Resources and maintains certain rights including a net smelter returns royalty.
