Chaarat Gold Readies for Trading Cancellation

Chaarat Gold Holdings (GB:CGH) has released an update.

Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited, a mining company with projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, plans to propose the cancellation of trading on AIM, with the transition to a secondary trading facility via Asset Match if approved by shareholders. The firm’s cash balance currently stands at around US$0.4 million, which is sufficient until the cancellation date set for 16 August 2024. Shareholders are urged to vote in favor of the proposed resolutions to avoid the company’s immediate insolvency, which would likely lead to a total loss of investment value.
