CH Offshore Ltd. has announced the renaming of its Audit Committee to the ‘Audit and Risk Management Committee’ to more accurately represent its functions. The change takes immediate effect, with the committee’s composition remaining unchanged, consisting of Mr Tham Chee Soon as Chairman, and members Mr Lee Gee Aik and Mr Thia Peng Heok George.
