Following the breach, the company took swift action to restore data from backups and strengthen its cybersecurity measures, incurring minimal operational impact. The Personal Data Protection Commission has fined the company S$18,000 for failing to protect personal data adequately, a penalty that has been paid and is not expected to significantly impact the company’s financial health.
