CH Offshore Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club where Ms Jeanette Chang chaired the meeting due to the original chairman’s sore throat. The AGM saw the stepping down of Mr Tan Kian Huay and Mr Tan Pong Tyea as Directors. All resolutions were voted on by poll in accordance with SGX Listing Rules.
