CGN Power Co., Ltd. has announced the closure of its register of members for H shares from July 9, 2024, to August 8, 2024, in preparation for the upcoming extraordinary general meeting and H shareholders’ class meeting. Shareholders listed on July 9 will be eligible to vote, and transfer documents must be submitted by July 8. Details of the meetings will be published on the company and Hong Kong Stock Exchange websites.
