CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced a reshuffle in its corporate structure with Mr. Lee Kin stepping down as company secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective June 18, 2024. Mr. Xie Qiufa and Mr. Wong Chun Cheong have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries, with Mr. Wong also taking over the roles of Authorized Representative and Process Agent.
