Ceylon Graphite Corp. has announced a delay in filing its Annual Filings for the year ended March 31, 2024, due to not being in a position to complete its audit on time. The company received a management cease trade order but aims to complete the audit by September 27, 2024. Meanwhile, there have been no material changes or failures to report since the initial announcement.
