Ceylon Graphite Corp. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial documents due to an auditor transition, resulting in a management cease trade order (MCTO) that does not impact public trading. The company aims to complete the audit by September 27, 2024, and plans to issue bi-weekly updates until the filings are submitted.
