Ceylon Graphite Corp. has informed stakeholders of a delay in filing their annual financial statements and related documents, initially due by July 29, 2024, due to an auditor transition and the CFO’s health issues. The company has requested an extension until October 11, 2024, to complete the filings and is working closely with both the former and new auditors to resolve the situation.
