Ceylon Graphite Corp., a high-grade graphite mining company, announced it is yet to file its annual financial statements due to a delay, with a management cease trade order issued. The company is working towards completing the audit by September 27, 2024, and has not reported any material changes or additional defaults since the initial announcement.
