The company expressed gratitude to retiring board member Keith Brill and welcomed John Carr, an experienced chemical engineer with a background in tailings reprocessing, as a new director. Additionally, Cerro de Pasco has appointed Donna Yoshimatsu as a senior strategic advisor for investor relations.
