Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. officially changed its corporate name to Dayforce, Inc. on January 31, 2024, following Board approval and compliance with Delaware state law. The Company’s stockholders’ rights remain unaffected by this change. Accompanying this change, the Company’s bylaws were amended to include a majority voting standard for director elections and other updates. Moreover, the Company’s common stock will trade under the new ticker symbol “DAY” on the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges starting February 1, 2024.
