Ceres Power Holdings, a pioneer in clean energy technology, has appointed Stuart Paynter as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and board member, with effect from 1 October 2024. Paynter brings a wealth of experience from his time at Oxford BioMedica and Shire Plc, including a strong track record in financial management and strategic growth. The outgoing CFO, Eric Lakin, is commended for his contributions and will assist in the transition period.
