Ceres Capital Acquires 6.4% of Terragen Holdings

Terragen Holdings Ltd (AU:TGH) has released an update.

Ceres Capital Pty Ltd has become a substantial holder in Terragen Holdings Limited, acquiring a 6.4% interest with 23,512,058 ordinary shares. The transfer consolidated holdings from Brougham group companies and a self-managed superannuation fund to Ceres Capital, under the control of Samuel and Tania Brougham. The transaction involved a cash consideration of $470,241.16 for the shares on the 13th of June 2024.
