CEPS plc has successfully completed a share capital reduction and the cancellation of its share premium account as confirmed by the High Court of Justice on April 30, 2024. Following a special resolution passed by the company on March 20, the nominal value of each ordinary share will be reduced to £0.003, effective May 2, 2024. This strategic financial restructuring is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure.
