CEPS plc has appointed Saffery LLP as its new auditor for the financial year ending December 2024, following a formal tender process in which the previous auditor, Cooper Parry Group Limited, did not participate and has resigned. The reappointment of Saffery LLP for the subsequent year will be decided by shareholder approval at the June 2025 Annual General Meeting. The company’s chairman expressed gratitude to Cooper Parry for its past service and optimism for future growth with Saffery LLP.
