CEPS plc has announced the retirement of Geoff Martin, a long-serving Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Martin’s departure comes after a notable tenure that began in 1981, with a period as Finance Director before his non-executive role. Additionally, the company has confirmed the repayment of a director’s loan from David Horner, with details of Martin’s successor to be released soon.
