Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited has announced a proposed share consolidation that will convert every 40 existing shares into 1 consolidated share, alongside a proposed change in the board lot size for trading on the Stock Exchange from 5,000 existing shares to 10,000 consolidated shares. The company’s authorized share capital will remain at HK$200,000,000 but will be represented by fewer, higher-par-value shares if the consolidation goes through. Shareholders are cautioned that these proposed changes are conditional and may not be finalized as described.
