Century Group International Holdings Ltd. successfully concluded its AGM with key resolutions passed, including the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of auditors. Shareholders approved the issuance of new shares up to 20% of the total number and the repurchase of shares not exceeding 10% of the total issued shares. The directors were also granted an extended mandate to deal with additional shares equal to the number of shares repurchased by the company.
