Century Ginwa Retail Holdings Limited reported mixed financial results for the first half of 2024, with gross revenue dropping slightly from RMB 512.3 million in 2023 to RMB 496.8 million. The company experienced an increase in revenue up to RMB 225.4 million from RMB 190.4 million the previous year, but also saw a further net loss, with losses attributable to equity shareholders expanding to RMB 238.5 million from RMB 200.1 million. Additionally, there was a decrease in net assets of the group from RMB 948.6 million to RMB 735.4 million, and a reduction in NAV per ordinary share from 0.83 yuan to 0.64 yuan.
