Century Ginwa Retail Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Qin Chuan as executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from 10 July 2024, citing personal reasons. The company confirms that there are no disagreements or undisclosed matters related to his departure. Ms. Wan Qing, an existing executive Director, will succeed him as the new authorised representative.
