Century Entertainment International Holdings has reappointed veteran Macau gaming executive Mr. Ng Man Sun as executive director, chairman of the board and chairman of the nomination committee, effective 15 April 2026, under a three-year service agreement with a monthly remuneration of HK$15,000. Ng, who previously led the company until May 2025 and is recognized for shaping Macau’s junket and VIP gaming ecosystem, returns as chairman while incumbent chairman and CEO Mr. Tang Ho Ka steps down from the chairmanship but remains CEO and executive director.
Following the leadership reshuffle, Tang will also cease to chair the nomination committee, remaining a committee member as Mr. Wong Yun Pun is appointed its new chairman from 15 April 2026. The board emphasized continuity and stability by confirming there are no disagreements with Tang over his change of role, signaling an orderly transition that aims to strengthen governance and leverage Ng’s sector experience for the Group’s future direction.
